  • Cleaning: Lubricate with oil or fat after each use to prevent rust.
  • Usage instructions: Before first use, remove the protective wax against rust. For this, wash, rinse, and wipe thoroughly with a neutral dishwashing liquid. Lubricate with fat or oil and heat well. Let cool and wash again as described above.
  • Recommended: for baking sweet or savory waffles and cheese pies.
  • Storage: Store in a dry place!
