I recently switched from vaping to Iqos and since it's a more expensive "sport," I bought the more affordable glo. I regretted it immediately, with the first cigarette. What most people write is true: After the first 3-4 puffs, the cigarette smells bad, has a terrible taste, and leaves a heavy feeling in the throat. Additionally, it finishes faster, and the device overheats. If you have experience with Iqos, don't switch to glo.

I've had it for quite a while now and compared to the first model, it's a completely different story—a much better product. The cigarette doesn't get stuck inside like the other one I had.

The device is just fine, don't listen to the negative reviews. Yes, the cigarettes do get stuck after about 2-3 months, BUT if you use it as the manufacturer says (remove the cigarette as soon as it's done) they don't get stuck, and if you don't want to remove it immediately because you forget or for other reasons, if the cigarettes do get stuck inside, they are replaced for FREE if it's under warranty. I've been using it for two years and I'm satisfied

After 4 months, the stick doesn't even fit in anymore. It's as if the slot has shrunk. This is the second device, as the first one did the same and I assumed it was due to misuse. I bought a new one, which I took care of regularly, and exactly the same thing happened. Also, overheating and inability to charge, and the release of a foul-smelling brown liquid from the bottom that stains. UPDATE: now after 9 months of use, the stick doesn't even fit when the device is cold. You have to turn it on to heat it up and at the same time insert the stick as if screwing it in for it to go in and out... Whatever...

Its operation is a roulette! Some days it works perfectly, other days it struggles a lot to deliver. The most annoying thing, however, is that it almost always spits out a BROWN LIQUID towards the exit below, which sticks to my hand and requires constant cleaning with baby wipes. I don't know if the cigarettes are to blame for this (lucky strike with a filter at the end) but it's very tiring! The most tragic thing I have ever seen in a company. 1 month waiting for them to change the device for me. All of them came out with problems and they are rushing to collect them and telling people they have no stock while they are sending new ones to the stores normally to force you to go and pay for a new one. Attention, the devices are defective; a purchase was made and the device showed a fault (hourglass signal). A replacement was made, and the new one also showed the same fault. The company's after-sale service is simply unacceptable.

Well, the device is good overall, it does have a screen to make it easier for you, quick charging, you don't need to clean it with the brush so many times, but on the negative side, the flavors are terrible, I tried most of the neo stocks and none of the flavors worked for me and I didn't like them, and that's why I went back to traditional smoking, I do not recommend it!!

The worst device of glo in my opinion.
It overheats very quickly, the burn doesn't last long, and the best part is that towards the end it gives you a burnt taste that ruins the whole experience.
Simply stay away, it's not worth it.
I hope the company fixes it in the future because it has potential

There are many negatives to it. It burns excessively even during vaping. It doesn't have a good draw, weak, and the sticks seem at the end that they have not been heated to the maximum. Therefore, lower performance and value for money. Then it overheats and refuses to charge. You have to wait a few minutes to see if it recovers and starts charging. It seems to me that this model presents malfunctions that should have been corrected before it was released to the market.

I have tried all devices literally except for Terea devices. This particular one is among the top 2 on the market, only problem is that it overheats. Simple, doesn't get dirty and gives a nice feeling when smoking.

Note: Deliveries from the company's store are frustratingly slow.

I had the Glo Hyper+uniq and I have been using the hyper pro for 2 days now.
The pro is much superior in quality.
Their only difference is the battery.
You need to charge the hyper pro at 10 in the morning and by 8 in the evening it needs to be charged again.
The hyper uniq lasted for over 12 hours.
In terms of battery life, the pro is much inferior.
