The Haquoss FERTIL LAVA consists of volcanic rocks with a grain size of 3 to 8 mm in diameter and contains macronutrients and trace elements. It is a multi-purpose product:

• Can be used as a base alone (thickness of 3/4cm).
• As a base over a fertile substrate like Haquoss FERTIL SUBSTRATE and Haquoss FERTIL COMPLETE.
• As a substrate beneath decorative gravel/sand.
• As a substrate beneath a base such as Haquoss FERTIL MIX and Haquoss FERTIL BASE.

Features:

• Has optimal CEC (cation exchange capacity) for plants.
• Allows excellent nutrient passage.
• Enriched with valuable minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, potassium, molybdenum, iron, boron, and manganese.
• Does not alter the alkalinity (KH) and keeps the pH stable.
• Promotes water circulation at the bottom of the aquarium.
• Good base for placing decorations.
• The porous structure houses bacteria that are beneficial for the aquarium.
• Excellent oxygen supply at the bottom.
• Promotes root adhesion.
• Does not rot and does not compact.
• Does not release toxic substances into the water.

Regularly dose liquid fertilizers from the Haquoss P series for excellent results. The product should be rinsed thoroughly before use. The presence of dust and cloudiness in the water during the first use is normal.
