  • Leavening agent: sodium bicarbonate
  • Acidity regulator: GDL (glucono delta-lactone), ascorbic acid
  • Aroma: natural identical aroma

Nutritional value per 100g product:

  • Energy: 655 KJ / 159 Kcal
  • Protein: 1.4 g
  • Fat: 0.5 g
  • Carbohydrates: 6.3 g
  • Dietary Fiber: 49.5 g

Sponge cake NoCarb® Recipe:

  • 1 package of NoCarb® Sponge cake Mix
  • 5 large eggs (approximately 300 g)
  • 30 ml oil
  • 120 g sweetener of your choice

Method: Separate the eggs, add 2 tablespoons of sweetener to the egg yolks, mix until light and add the oil. Add the remaining sweetener to the egg white and make a stiff foam. Add the fiber mixture to the yolk and incorporate. Then add the egg foam and mix gently. Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake in a preheated oven (160°C) for 30-35 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.

Store in: a dry and cool place

Special features: gluten-free, sugar-free, soy-free.
