The perfect drink for winter is the famous salep, made from the bulb of the orchid plant. The bulbs are cleaned and dried before being ground at different stages to create the final product.
We prepare the salep drink based on the traditional Eastern recipe, with vanilla flavor and no sugar.
INGREDIENTS- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp Salep (12 g)
- Cinnamon
In a small pot, add 2 small cups of water or milk and dissolve 1 teaspoon of salep (8g). Then, boil while stirring until it thickens. Garnish with cinnamon, cloves, or ginger.
