To find your belt size, you can measure a belt you already own or measure your waist.

This will be the best possible size; however, belts have more than one hole spaced 2.5 centimeters apart. So, if your waist is 100 centimeters, you can also use a 105 or 95-centimeter belt, just don’t fasten it in the middle hole.
