Focus on applying it from the middle to the ends of your hair, and gently massage to ensure better absorption. The mask will work more effectively if you leave it on for at least 5 minutes. You can also wrap your hair with a warm towel, as masks work more efficiently in a warm environment. After the time has passed, rinse it out with lukewarm to cool water to seal the hair cuticles and preserve the nutrients.
