It protects stairs or doors from uncontrolled entry of children. The barrier secures with special screws, making installation and removal quick and easy. The barrier's safe edges have specially rounded oval shapes, preventing the child from pinching or poking their fingers. The safe lock design prevents finger pinching. The automatic closing is a self-closing mechanism that is particularly useful when hands are full. Double safety prevents a child from opening the door. The locking mechanism ensures that the door remains open when opened at an angle greater than 90 degrees, avoiding uncontrolled closing. The Stretchkeep system allows the barrier to stay in place without screwing into the wall. When installed at the top or bottom of stairs, it must be secured to the wall with wall brackets. Otherwise, assembly is supported without requiring drilling.
