Filter coffee by Eduscho, for those who want to enjoy a flavorful coffee, any time of the day. For the ideal result, the correct ratio of coffee to water plays an important role.
Water makes up 99% of the coffee content, so the amount of coffee needs attention, as this is what will make the difference. Whether the coffee will end up being light or strong.
Roughly speaking, for every liter of water, about 50-65g of coffee is needed. On a small scale, this means around 6g of coffee per 100ml of water or 2 level tablespoons for each cup with a capacity of around 300ml of water.
Since the largest percentage of the beverage is water, you should not overlook the importance of the water you will use, as its quality can significantly alter the taste result of your coffee.
If the area where you live has hard water, it is better to avoid it and instead use bottled or alternatively filtered tap water which is free from chlorine and other chemicals. The benefit will be twofold, both for the coffee which will be more flavorful and for the long-term good operation of your coffee maker.

Coffee storage: Coffee should be stored in an airtight container, in a dark place free from odors where room temperature prevails. Avoid storing your coffee in the refrigerator as it is vulnerable to both food odors and moisture.
