Multifunctional Office Set Artus C25

The multifunctional set Artus C25 with 385W includes a motor body to which various provided accessories can be attached, allowing it to perform various functions:

• Tomato press - for making tomato juice
• Meat grinder - for grinding minced meat

The motor is electric with a power consumption of 385W and a maximum starting power of 1500W. This allows the machine, in the event of a blockage, to exert greater force (by stopping and restarting the motor) capable of easily releasing the product.

The machine is equipped with an electric motor powered by 220V with a consumption of 385W and a maximum starting power of 1500W. The motor transmits movement via a chain. A function switch detail allows switching from normal to reverse motion.

NOTE: The machine is made entirely of food contact materials, but the factory delivers it uncleaned in its internal parts. It is recommended to grind two kilograms of tomatoes and discard them for perfect cleanliness of the internal parts and the removal of any processing residues that remained inside (including small pieces of plastic, metal, or tin).

Main features of the tomato press:

• With a stainless steel 18/10 (AISI 304) filter.
• Body and screw for tomato grinding made of hydrophobic resin, food compatible and extremely durable (above 2209).
• Hopper and drainage tube made of food-grade plastic.
• The filter (passino) is made of stainless steel, with holes of 1.5 mm diameter.
• The pestle and screw are made of food-grade plastic.
• Large hopper with a diameter of 18 cm.

The tomato press can be easily disassembled to facilitate the cleaning of each part. The hourly production is 100 Kg/h.

Meat Grinder

The practical meat grinder allows you to comfortably prepare minced meat and sausages at home. Body, screw, and top plate made of aluminum. Three stainless steel molds are included (small hole 3 mm - medium 5 mm - large 7 mm).
