    Very good for their price, like the Shad ones, they have plastic around the edges to keep their shape but at a better price. Also, at the hand entry, there is extra waterproof fabric with a strap so that if it rains, you can tighten it as much as needed to prevent water from getting in. Now, as for being fully waterproof for hours in the rain, none of them are.
