    Good peated whiskey, but...
rumors say that it is the same whiskey (just less aged) as the Ben Braken Islay that you can get for 22€.
Make the comparison yourselves and see for yourselves.

In some stores, they have the 12-year-old enigma which has a different aging time in cherry barrels, therefore a slightly different taste and mainly aftertaste..!!!

Bowmore is Bowmore, nothing else, a whiskey with specific quality characteristics that make it unique, peat for lovers without additives as a classic twelve-year-old.

Quite a good whiskey. Dominated by smoke, with a finish that is somewhat lime or lemon-like. It is not as intense or rough, nor as maritime as a Talisker, but it is a very good option for someone who wants to explore Islay whiskies! Plus, its price is reasonable.

Classic smoky whiskey for connoisseurs. Personally, I prefer the 15-year-old one, which is richer and more complete.

Value for money one of the best whiskies at this price. Intensely smoky with a very nice aroma.

  • Although I like smoked products, this one does not... Taste is subjective, of course.

Very good smoky whiskey. Not as intense as Lagavulin, but equally nice as a final taste.
