The compact MED Horizontal pouch represents a modern approach to one of the essential parts of your gear.

Made from Cordura® 500D, nylon 210D, and laser cut fabric, this first aid kit is designed to be carried at the back of the belt.

It works seamlessly with the Hornet® Skeletonized belt sleeve, although it can be mounted on any Molle/Pals compatible platform or on a belt up to 45 mm wide, through paracord loops.

It will accommodate most of the popular first aid sets required during a mission.

Essential medical supplies are secured with elastic loops.

The minimalist, ambidextrous Hypalon® handle insert can be operated with one hand.

On the top of the pouch, there is a wide elastic loop for carrying a tourniquet, while on the back of the pouch you can place a scissors holder.

The Velcro® panel with the word "MED" allows for quick identification of the pouch.
