What has been written in reviews for similar pullers applies: if you press it too much, then the two little teeth bend. In reality, it is not even possible to press it too much if you only use the black round plastic, but then it might not do the job and might not remove the wiper. A hack is to put a second 13mm nut, screw it tight against the original nut, hold the first one with a wrench and turn the second nut with another wrench. Then it will remove the wiper, but it may slightly bend the teeth. At least that's exactly what happened in my case. However, I believe it can be reused. But I would suggest for wipers that have been on for 10+ years to be removed, to prefer something sturdier at about double the price.
