Properties

High-strength acrylic paint with long-lasting action. Due to the special fungicidal substances contained in its formulation, it protects the surface of the paint film, as it does not favor the formation of mold and the growth of fungi. It is suitable for application in areas with high humidity and vapor, as well as in spaces with inadequate ventilation or absence of natural light. It is easy to work with, has strong adhesion, and dries quickly.

Applications

DUROSTICK BATHROOM & KITCHEN works effectively in areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, storage rooms, basements, and heated indoor pools. It can be applied to plaster, concrete, drywall, and plastered walls and ceilings.

Precautionary Measures

• Surfaces made of concrete and marble plaster must be dry and free from weak points.
• Green or blackened surfaces should be cleaned and primed with SOLVENT PRIMER or micro-molecular stabilizer AQUAFIX.
• For new marble plaster surfaces, sand with sandpaper No.60 and prime.
• For filling, apply STUCOFIX paste and/or a combination of other products depending on the imperfections.
• Soiled surfaces from soot and exhaust gases should be cleaned with a biodegradable cleaner.
• Peeling surfaces, after removing weak areas, should be primed.
• Heavily cracked surfaces should be sealed with fast-setting plaster or repair cement mortar.
• For filling joints around door and window frames, use interior paintable ACRYLIC FILLER or exterior elastomeric sealant.
