The General Trade non-stick baking pan is made of steel, ensuring even heat distribution throughout the vessel for better results. The internal side walls are polygonal, providing a unique shape to the baked goods. The non-stick ceramic coating ensures easy removal of the cake, as well as easy cleaning of the vessel after use.
Usage Instructions:
- Wash the vessel with warm water, dishwashing liquid, and a soft sponge before first use.
- Grease the interior of the vessel with oil or butter before each use.
- Do not overheat the vessel when it is empty.
- Low or medium temperature is sufficient for better cooking results. The maximum temperature should not exceed 230°C.
- Do not fill the vessel more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid overflow.
- Allow the vessel to cool and then wash it with warm water and dishwashing liquid.
- Use kitchen tools made only of wood, plastic, or silicone for a longer lifespan of the non-stick coating.
- Never cut food inside the vessel with sharp tools.
- Do not use acidic foods (e.g., tomato juice, citrus juice).
- Avoid substances that stain the vessels such as egg yolk, turmeric, mustard, etc.
- Using parchment paper will extend the lifespan of the vessel and the non-stick coating.
- Prefer hand washing for a longer lifespan of the vessel.
- Do not use metal sponges, wire, or harsh cleaners.
- The non-stick coating complies with regulations for materials that come into contact with food.
