1. Initially, within 5 days of activation, it showed me a low battery warning, while they claim that their battery lasts up to 1 year!
2. It turned off by itself while it still had battery, and it was showing me the keys somewhere else, until I realized that it had turned off, so I could turn it on again.
3. I deliberately left them in a place with other iPhones (17 pro) to test that it would take the location from other iPhones, because that is how it gets the location to indicate where it is, and even an hour later it was still showing the old location it was taking from my own iPhone!
4. When I contacted them by phone and in writing, one employee told me one thing and another told me something else, so there is no protocol.
5. If you send the product for inspection and it is not found defective, you pay the shipping costs both ways.

Stay away! Never again! From now on only the genuine Apple AirTags, even if you pay 3 times more, because you know they work!

Extremely problematic, from build quality to the battery draining within 3 months. I have lost one of the two because it ran out without warning and I can't find where I put it. Money wasted.

What a waste of €31 for two devices, they can't be detected at all unless they are close to the phone. UNACCEPTABLE so much advertising for NOTHING, do not buy it

The Android devices don't even connect, and the Apple one can't detect the item in time. When I called them for an exchange, they told me that since the plastic covering the battery came off, an exchange isn't possible. So the talk about a two-year warranty is a lie.

I go toward the signal.. it changes 10 times.. it shows it to me in the sea, then in another spot.. completely nonsense.. we are throwing money away unfortunately and a site (official) with fake reviews of course

I bought two. One for the motorcycle and one for the car. The first one simply stopped working in the second week and the second one gets a signal whenever it feels like it. I could have changed cities with the car and it still shows it's in the previous one. Waste of money.. Unreliable.

Unreliable with disconnections, unclear user instructions, and sky-high battery consumption. Samsung or Apple, or even Tile, though the latter has a limited network. I've tried them all

I bought 2 together. One kept disconnecting, after contacting the company it managed to stay connected for a long period. When it disconnected again, it was thrown away!! For the second one, I changed the battery and as soon as some time passed, it started delaying for hours to refresh.

Tragic! It never gets a signal anywhere except only when it's close to my phone. At best, it might give you a location once if you're lucky... Money wasted.

It works well with iPhone 13 Pro, but when you are in areas where there aren't many iPhones around, it doesn't work. In urban areas, it works better. For its price, I think it's okay

the much-advertised "Greek" product.. when you try to connect any of the products to your phone.. it says: manufacturer HaveDeer or YuManYing Technology.. Your product is not Greek.. the only "reviews" on their website are from influencers who got them for free to advertise them.. I leave my keys inside the house, walk quite a few meters away and on Find My iPhone it shows that I have them with me..

At first I was super excited, but before a year of purchase had passed, it lost and couldn't find the signal for more than 3 weeks (I had it in the car). It couldn't find it even when I brought it in contact with the phone. I changed the battery, even though it showed full, and nothing happened. I did a reset, nothing. I also agree with other user comments, that it glitches and shows that it is in another location or shows the previous instead of the last one. And generally it takes time (when it works - lol) to be updated. I also have a second one on my mother's keys. That one still works, but as I said, it may not have updated the location for 2-3 days. Overall, I do not recommend it after this experience. I will prefer the AirTag as more reliable.

very mediocre, it takes a very long time to refresh. I had it in my car which my wife was driving (she has an iPhone) and I went in to check the location and it hadn't refreshed for about half an hour... even though there was an iPhone right next to it!!!

Generally reliable, although it already gave me a stroke when I saw the GPS showing a different location from the actual one.

I ordered 4 tags at the end of September, after 1 month two of them turned out to be defective (the signal was lost even though I use them daily). They need a reset to work properly, but if you rely on them you might get into trouble
