    The weight is sufficient for upper-body exercises but not for the press. Of course, the problem was solved by adding extra weight on top of its stack, a makeshift solution yes, but it works.
    I should note that I have been working out for many years and I train seriously, so a beginner or a woman would not have this problem. Nevertheless, the fact that it has a press is a big plus, as is the fact that it has attachments that allow you to do rear delts and it hits the area very well.
