    The DNA 80C is a chip for 'casual use' as mentioned in the Evolv forum. It does not offer the full capabilities of the 100C and 250C. It is also supported by the escribe SW, but obviously, there are menu options missing that I was used to. I don't understand the reason for its existence; you pay a high price for the DNA to get a full set of features. The 80C should be priced at half, what is the reason to choose it over a multitude of much cheaper quality chips from other companies? It is a DNA that is not a DNA, only in name and cost.
