Tight Regular Loose
I have been buying Asics for years. My previous ones were the Jolt 3, excellent shoes. Unfortunately, the Jolt 5 do not have a good feel at all. They are hard and tight. I tried a bit of light running and got injured on the bottom of my foot and now I can't step. Of course, the feel varies from person to person and they might suit others. For me, though, they caused harm.
παίρνω χρόνια asics . προηγούμενα μου τα jolt 3 άριστα παπούτσια.. δυστυχώς τα jolt 5 δεν έχουν καθόλου καλό πάτημα.. είναι σκληρά και σφιχτά δοκίμασα λίγο χαλαρό τρέξιμο και έπαθα ζημιά στο πόδι από κάτω στο πέλμα και δε μπορώ να πατήσω.. σίγουρα από άνθρωπο σε άνθρωπο διαφέρει το πάτημα και άλλους μπορεί να τους βολεψει.. εμένα μου έκανε ζημιά πάντος..
I don't know if I got a defective pair, but the sole got punctured after 2 months and now, after 4 months, pieces have started to come off.
Δεν ξέρω αν έπεσα σε ελαττωματικό ζευγάρι αλλά η σόλα τους τρύπησε στους 2 μήνες και τώρα στους 4 έχουν αρχίσει να ξεκολλάνε κομμάτια της.
Excellent shoes for walking and light running, definitely value for money, PERFECT fit, as long as you choose one size up (46.5 instead of 45.5 in Nike or 45 in Mizuno).

everything depends on the price you buy it at, if you get it for 35 to 45 euros it is a top shoe, I use them for walking and only for that I have an opinion.
