The solar boiler from Super Solar has a nominal capacity of 160 liters and is suitable for meeting the hot water needs of up to 4 people.
The boiler is the storage tank for the solar hot water. From there, through pipes, the water is transferred to the house for use. Its main function is to maintain the hot water at the appropriate temperature. It requires regular maintenance, cleaning from salts, mud, and other particles that may have accumulated, as well as checking the magnesium anode, which is responsible for preventing electrolysis that can puncture the boiler. This maintenance should be done at least every 2 years.
It cannot operate independently; it must either replace the old boiler of your solar water heater or separate solar collectors must be purchased to be fully functional.
It is dual-energy and operates by utilizing either solar energy or electricity. Solar energy is harnessed through the solar water heater's collectors. It also has an electric resistance, so it can function as a simple electric water heater on days with low sunlight.
It has an internal enamel coating, which covers the inside of the tank at every point and results from the application of enamel (glass) onto metal. This protects it from rust, as the water does not come into contact with the walls, thus ensuring always clean drinking water.
