Quite a good blade, ideal for frequent shaving. It is not suitable for beards over four days old. In this case, it is better to choose Feather or Permasharp blades. I use it with Muhle r41 and r89.

Everyone's opinion about blades is completely subjective, I believe, since skin, hair, and the machine all play a role.... Personally, I think they are among the worst, if not the worst. They are indeed available in every supermarket and are very easy to find, but they do not cut at all, at least on my face. If you even try to cut paper and compare them with another blade of similar price, you will immediately notice the difference. To be satisfied, you probably need to have very soft hair.

After trying four manufacturers, I have settled on Bic's Astor for the past 3 years. I'm writing a review now because the 20x5 pack, that is 100 blades, lasts me over 2 years with shaving every other day.
There is nothing better.

Initially, I tried the Astra Platinum because of reviews I had read. I even bought the large pack and when it finished, I decided to try these particular "humble" Bic Astor from the neighborhood market. In the end, they won me over! Deep and effective shave and the blade lasts for at least 4-5 shaves while the Astra barely managed 3.

For daily shaving, in my case, it is quite sharp and requires attention, not haste, as it can easily lead to cuts. Tested with Gillette King C. Double Edge and Wilkinson Wilkinson Sword Classic T blades. It gives a close shave and lasts for several uses, at least 7 per edge, a total of 14 with both edges performing the same.

I shave with a razor, I think it’s not an aggressive razor but 2 normal passes and one against, to achieve a satisfactory shave on 3-day stubble and I don’t get enough. I didn’t feel any burning or pulling on my face like with the Astra after shaving. It’s all a matter of technique from skin to skin. The next shave will be with a Gillette adjustable to see how they perform.

They can handle 2-4 passes without causing irritation. With multiple passes, you achieve a good shaving depth. Also, at a very good price and you can find them everywhere with the MUHLE R89 razor.

Good blade on the 1st time with a 2-part generation, I could say it was a bit harsh with some irritation, the 2nd and 3rd time it becomes softer, it needs another pass, I couldn't say it gives a shave but it's sharp enough

Unmatched cost-quality ratio, as with 10 cents you get a razor from the top 5 brands in terms of how sharp it is on the first shave, while it is the TOP razor regarding its performance on the 2nd & 3rd shave (in fact, my personal experience has been confirmed in official measurements).

Very sharp blades that will give you a smooth and pleasant shave with the proper preparation and respect for the blade, without rushing.
To get the most out of it, you need to add a little moisture to the foam you will apply to your face.

Maybe one of the worst I have ever used, at first I had a satisfactory feeling until I reached halfway through shaving and started feeling weird. It couldn't handle even a second pass and it made my face wave. Irritation and cutting to the point where it doesn't go. I do not recommend it at all, not even for beginners.

I started with Bic Astor as a beginner in traditional shaving. I had irritations and it concerned me, so I tried other blades like Feather, Perma Sharp, Astra greens, etc. Except for Perma Sharp, which is enjoyable for the first one or two shaves, I ended up going back to Bic. It is more aggressive than Feather, but it is more durable, sharper, and shaves deeply for more shaves (not more than 4 or 5). It requires attention, does not forgive easily, and takes a few shaves for the skin to get used to it, but for me, it's worth it. Beyond that, as others have said, it's a matter of skin and razor.

I am a beginner, so maybe my opinion doesn't have much value, but these razor blades are really terrifyingly sharp. The first ones I used were the feather ones, and no matter how many passes I made, I always felt something. I thought that was normal and that it could never be truly smooth, but with these blades, I changed my mind. They leave nothing behind.

When I first started using the PX, I tried it and didn't like it at all...but when I gained experience, I realized that it is the most value-for-money blade...it gave me a very close shave without any irritation, just like the yellow one that they say is the same blade...I felt them very similar...yes, I prefer the Nacet and the 7 Superior Platinum, but for their price and performance, I put them together with the yellow ones in my top five.

I think kopteridis.d is very descriptive. Obviously, each person needs a different blade. My case is similar to the gentleman's, with very tough hair and very sensitive skin.
I have been using various razors and foams for 20 years, so I decided to try something new.
My first experience with Feather was disappointing, it cut like a panzer in Stalingrad. I tried Bic Astor and found my solution, it cuts the hair like butter and easily lasts for 4 shaves. I tried Feather again to see if I had done something wrong in the process, but nothing changed.
Bic knows how to make sharp and durable blades. Even in single-use razors, the black BIC ones were the only ones that worked well with my beard.

Bic Astor and Bic Chrome Platinum are exactly the SAME product. The only difference is that Bic Chrome Platinum is intended for sale outside of Greece. I have tried almost everything here for 30 years. I shave, except for my face and head, my body with them {torso, armpits, and groin (men do not shave their legs and arms unless they are athletes)}, once a week or every other week, please! Only when the blade is new, during the first shave, it requires a little attention. It cuts like a diamond, it lasts like tungsten carbide, and it costs pennies. A Greek company that surpasses all competitors. I hope they never compromise their quality. It lasts longer than all the others for over 4 "total" shaves for me, of course, I am not very hairy and my hair is sparse and moderate.

Very good razors if I judge from the previous ones I had. I still have these unfortunately sealed as I received them, because I didn't need to open them to use them, but the close shave is guaranteed (if you know and have the skill to shave).

Very good blades, personally I need to do a second pass to achieve the desired result due to the hardness of my beard. I haven't found any product with a similar result so far. Fully satisfied.

It is a blade that has nothing to envy from the sharpest ones on the market (feather, perma sharp, etc). I mainly use them in mild razors like the King C Gillette - Rockwell 6c (plate 1-2) and the result is an amazing close shave without irritation, easily giving me 4-5 good shaves. For a beginner, it may not be the best choice due to the aggressiveness of the blade...

Really amazing!!! I had doubts about the good reviews due to the low price but I decided to try them. They easily compete with feather and other top brands at 1/5 of the price. Lasts for 4 to 5 good shaves and zero irritations. They truly deserve even more.

Come on, it's terrible, don't buy it. I went and bought it and I'm bruised all over my face and I walk around with pieces of paper in the cuts. I didn't get cut with the other things I bought

One of my favorite razors, clearly. It doesn't forgive much, it requires attention until you learn how to handle it, but nevertheless it offers a very precise shave once you learn how to work with it. It easily lasts for 4-5 shaves (for me), and at this price it is the ultimate value for money. Clearly, just for its history, it is worth trying. I bought it for emotional reasons as well, but it pleasantly surprised me a lot, and now it is in my main rotation.

The ultimate value for money in blades. They are neither the sharpest nor the most gentle, but for this price and with the shaves they provide, it is a must to have them somewhere on the edge of the collection.
