    I just bought it, at the store where I chose it, it was completely stable, I didn't see any instability.
    The backrest locks with a mechanism using pins, but the seat does not have a pin to lock it more securely, however, it is adjustable in steps.

    In general, X fit products are reliable, all that I have bought are, and they have good coverage if something happens (after sales).
    - Unfortunately, I see there are models for €450...
    Surely they are much sturdier and more robust, but I didn't intend to spend a small fortune just to do weights at home... For God's sake...
    - Also, some models I saw are two in one, meaning also for abs, but I'm a bit wary of that... That's why I ended up with this model.
    -Note: there is a weight limit... that is, your body weight + the weight you lift... So if someone lifts a lot of weight, maybe they should look for a more professional bench.
    -The only negative thing I will say: it doesn't have wheels for transport (like the more expensive ones do) and in general, the construction looks more minimal, but for the weights I do, I believe it will be good.
