It is a blend of rich Sencha green teas, flavored with mango and bergamot, offering a unique tasting experience.

Characteristics of Sencha:

  • Taste: Slightly sweet and fresh, with notes of grass and sea breeze. It can have a slightly bitter aftertaste if brewed with very hot water.
  • Aroma: Fresh, vegetal aroma with notes of leaves and spring, sometimes with subtle umami notes.
  • Appearance: Thin, needle-like, and deep green leaves. The brew acquires a clear, yellow-green color when properly extracted.
  • Nutritional benefits: Rich in antioxidants (catechins), vitamin C, polyphenols, and amino acids. It boosts energy thanks to natural caffeine and helps regulate metabolism and maintain heart health.
  • Brewing instructions: Water temperature: 70-80°C, Steeping time: 1-2 minutes, Dosage: 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per cup.
