Aluminum foil with a thickness of 200 microns (0.2 mm) with strong Henkel acrylic adhesive. This material is mainly used as the first layer in sealing technological openings in the doors of a car. Depending on the installation, high rigidity of the door surface is achieved without the need for additional reinforcement elements.

The greater rigidity of the material allows for improved sound quality and the speed of low frequencies reproduced by the subwoofers. FoilFix 200 can also be used in other body parts, reinforcing large surfaces such as the roof or floor.

It is recommended to cut the material into an appropriate shape with a margin of several centimeters for strong adhesion around the edge of the opening. The application may include placing a sheet with a protective film for better contact.

During application, the sheet can be wrapped with moderate pressure around the edge of the opening, followed by placing an aluminum damping mat on the surface.
