    If I could, I would give 0 stars, this phone is completely unacceptable, I do not recommend it to anyone. I should have bought a Samsung rather than this awful phone. You can't make a call without it freezing at least once a day.

    Unacceptable. VERY UNACCEPTABLE. When I open it, it lags a lot, works very slowly as some people say, not even good for gaming. I understand that this phone is only for normal use (BUT YOU CAN'T EVEN CALL SOMEONE WITHOUT IT LAGGING) and not for anything else, but there are MUCH cheaper phones that do the job of this phone 100 times better. Cheap phone but very slow. Good phone for daily use BUT IT SHOULD NOT COST MORE THAN 80-100€

Very slow overall in its usage with frequent freezes even during a call, not to mention videos and so on, where things are simply tragic.     It didn't open in 9 days. It has a warranty for device replacement of 7 days. I gave it and they will call me to tell me if it will be repaired or replaced in 10 days.     Unacceptable mobile phone, where do I start. Completely plastic in both feel and quality. Very slow overall in its usage with frequent freezes even during a call, not to mention videos and so on, where things are simply tragic. It may be cheap (bought it for 110 euros) but believe me, if I could, I would return it even though I've only had it for a week. The disappointment is immense.
