Designed inspired by nature and the traditional values of Scandinavian culture. Ideal for roasting vegetables. The multi-layer construction - with an inner and outer layer of stainless steel and an aluminum core - allows the surface of the pan to heat evenly. The stainless steel handle is designed to minimize heat transfer. The engraved pattern on the bottom of the pan helps reduce oil or butter during cooking. 

It can be used on all types of stoves, including induction. The safe operating temperature (oven and baking) is a maximum of 270°C. It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended for longer product lifespan. The base thickness is 3.5 mm. Metal utensils can be used.
