Description & Specifications

Design inspired by nature and the traditions of Scandinavian culture. Ideal for slow cooking. The multi-layer construction - stainless steel inner and outer layers, aluminum core - allows for even heating of the frying surface. The Ceratec™ coating processed with Thermium™ minerals offers excellent non-stick properties, even at very high temperatures. It contains no perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) - extremely persistent substances in the environment and human body that can cause health issues. The stainless steel handle is designed to minimize heat transfer. It can be used on all types of cooktops, including induction. The safe operating temperature (oven and frying) reaches up to 270°C. Hand washing is recommended. The base thickness is 3mm. The Fiskars Norden product line is a winner of the RedDot Design Award 2018 and the Good Design Award.
