The multi-layered construction - stainless steel inner and outer surfaces with an aluminum core - allows for even heating of the pot's surface. Stainless steel handle designed to minimize heat transfer. Measurement scale inscribed on the inner wall. Can be used on all types of cooktops, including induction. Safe temperature for use (oven and grill) reaches up to 270°C. Suitable for dishwasher use, but hand washing is recommended to extend the product's lifespan. The thickness of the base is 3mm. Metal utensils can be used. The Fiskars Norden product line has won the RedDot Design Award 2018 and the Good Design Award.
