The Artus S15 tomato press machine with 250W power is designed for home use, offering easy and efficient preparation of tomato purée at home.

The filtering cone is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (also known as INOX 18/10), while the body and tomato cutter are made of acetal resin, compatible with food contact standards and highly resistant (over 220°). The funnel and drain are made of food-grade plastic. The press machine is powered by a 250W electric motor with a maximum initial power of 1500W, allowing the machine, in case of blockage, to apply greater force capable of easily releasing the product.

The hourly production capacity is 80 Kg/h.

• The press machine can be easily disassembled to facilitate cleaning each part.

Note: The machine is entirely made of food-grade materials but is shipped uncleaned inside. It is recommended to grind two kilograms of tomatoes and discard them to achieve perfect cleanliness of the internal parts and remove any processing residues.
