Stainless steel handle designed to minimize heat transfer. Measurement scale engraved on the inner wall. Suitable for use on all types of cooktops, including induction. Safe operating temperature (oven and roasting) up to 270°C. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is preferred to extend the product's lifespan. Base thickness 3mm. Metal utensils may be used.
