Είναι απλό άμυλο πατάτας (potato starch), όχι “ανθεκτικό άμυλο”.
Χρησιμοποιείται για πήξιμο σε φαγητά και γλυκά. Το “ανθεκτικό άμυλο” είναι διαφορετική μορφή που δεν χωνεύεται εύκολα και συνήθως δεν είναι αυτό που δείχνει η συσκευασία.
