Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). The ingredients should be at room temperature. Mix in a bowl 500 g mix, 250 g butter, and 190 g eggs (3½-4 pcs). Mix for 3 minutes at medium speed until a thick batter is formed. Fill a baking tray with baking paper. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
