Substitute 10% of the flour in a recipe with Oat Fiber to increase fiber content and reduce carbohydrate amounts. When replacing other flours with Oat Fiber, be sure to make the substitution by volume and not by weight – for example, 2 dl of wheat flour with 2 dl of Oat Fiber. 1 dl of Oat Fiber weighs 22 grams.
You can also add 1/2 – 1 teaspoon of Oat Fiber to yogurt, smoothies, etc.
