The Montreal pants are rewarded and upgraded with Oxford Rainseal Tech technology, offering waterproof protection thanks to the waterproof and breathable Reissa membrane across its entire surface. It features a double layer of waterproof material at the waist, crotch, and knee.

It has new nylon protection at the knees that makes it more durable. At the front and closures of the legs, there is a storm flap system, as well as a new calf adjuster to improve fit and enhance knee protection, which is included.

Waterproof pockets are available at the lower calf, while all vents have waterproof zippers. The locking ventilation system contributes to cooling. Extra comfort is provided by elastic bands (knee and waist), which have been improved and reinforced at the crotch seam with panel overlay for greater durability and longevity.

The pants feature an external hip pad and grip surfaces at the waist for added security. Large adjustment surfaces are located at the lower calf to accommodate different styles of boots. The inner surfaces of the legs are heat resistant to avoid damage from engine heat or exhaust. The back hem is raised to prevent damage from boot heels.
