This hamburger press has a meat tank. Turn the cylinder towards you and insert the ground meat into the filling tube. By turning the crank, the pressure plate descends onto the cylinder and compresses the meat. It is then released through the filling tube. Thanks to the transparent plexiglass, you can see when the hamburger mold is fully filled. Then, move the pressure plate left or right, and the hamburger will be pushed out of the press. You can portion perfect hamburgers quickly and easily.
