Uses
After mixing with cement and water, it can be used for fillings and floor coatings, as well as for shaping slopes on roofs. The PERLITE MIX BETON offers excellent pumpability and ease of spreading. The final surface is lightweight and strong, allowing for the direct bonding of tiles and granite. The compressive strength can reach up to 80 kg/m², depending on the amount of cement used.
Advantages
- Excellent pumpability and workability.
- The desired covering (tile, granite, etc.) can be directly bonded.
- Achieves speed and economy.
- Improves the seismic behavior of the building.
- Thermal and sound insulating properties.
- Good behavior in thermal expansion.
- Unalterable and stable over time.
- Non-combustible and non-toxic.
Application Method

- Level it with screeds and moisten it.
- For fillings over 15 cm, initially fill to half height.
- The next day, scratch the surface with the screed.
- Moisten the surface before spreading.
- For continuous areas over 25 m², create a perimeter expansion joint.
Roofs (terraces):
- Clean the surface of dirt.
- Place perimeter expansion joints.
- Fill the joints with special filler material.
- Cover with insulating material for vapor barrier.
- Spread the lightweight concrete with PERLITE MIX BETON.
- Waterproof the surface before tile bonding.
