The Omega bar system is compatible with vehicles that do not have factory side bars. The Omega bars attach directly to the body of the car, using a specific mounting system for your vehicle.
You can easily install a variety of accessories on the Omega bars, such as bike carriers, roof boxes, ski and snowboard racks, as well as canoe and kayak mounts. It is important to note that the cross bars do not have a 20 mm channel on top, meaning that the T-attachment system cannot be used to attach accessories unless your accessories include channel support systems. In this case, you will need to use the classic U-attachment system from the outside of the bar.
