The Menabo bars connect to your vehicle's longitudinal bars using 4 pre-installed mounting kits. Simply take them out of the box and secure them to the car with an Allen key (included in the package). With the 14mm groove on the top side, you can attach car or bike accessories such as bike racks, ski racks, roof boxes, or kayak/canoe mounts.
