purchase on 25-2-2025 at 450 euros during the sales, the review concerns the version without the electronic watch. The ceramic gets scratched at the slightest touch, after 10 months of use the rear right eye broke, fortunately the warranty covers it

In three years, the lid on the back that covers the fan of the chamber has rusted. I had to cut all the rusty screws to remove them. The door always stayed open after cooking for moisture. STAY AWAY!!

In the reviews, I had read that it is quiet, which is not the case for me. When I activate the kitchen, for example, the air system that surrounds the chamber to cool the external surfaces makes a lot of noise. While the exact same model purchased about 3 to 4 years ago does not do this. It also has differences in functionality. For example, in the kitchen I mentioned earlier, there is an option to only turn on the chamber's light, while in the one I recently purchased, this option does not exist.

It's perfect. I got it for my vacation home. Much better than another brand's built-in and much more expensive one that I have at my house. Very powerful burners and the oven bakes very quickly and makes the food very tasty.

It was purchased in October '21 and I am completely satisfied with it, using it daily. The burners are incredibly fast even at low temperatures, the oven bakes evenly and satisfactorily quickly, and it is easy to clean. I don't miss the clock that it doesn't have on the front

I have had it for 1.5 years now, not with heavy use, and I am satisfied. I cook every 2nd-3rd day. The ceramic hobs are super, they heat up in no time. Everything I have done on the grill and in the air has turned out well so far. The only thing I don't like is that it emits steam from the back and constantly dirties the back part of the ceramic

It heats incredibly fast, to the point where I have slightly burned some food. I had another model of it and the oven's speed is unbeatable! The only thing I have never seen before is a small "exhaust" at the back of the burners, which releases the oven's steam. The stovetops stain and scratch easily, which is why I have put a protective cover

Unacceptable kitchen, some foods are prohibitively cooked (pies, sweets, rice) burnt on top and raw underneath. The technician's response when I told him that the air only cooks from one side was to turn the tray and cook from the other side. I didn't get anywhere with the customer service because the technician came twice and claimed everything was normal (???). I regret spending 500€

Zanussi Ceramic Cooker ZCV65020XA Inox
The purchase was made a year ago, during which the oven broke down twice. The oven only bakes on one side. The service from Zanussi is inadequate and unreliable. They came the first time after many phone calls from me, made some changes, and it worked. After it broke down again within two months, they refused to come again and advised me to level the oven, saying that it is tilted, and that is why it only bakes on one side! Obviously, I asked them for a replacement of the appliance since it had already broken down twice in a short period of time, but they refused. They also told me that if their technician comes to see it again, I will be charged!!

While it bakes perfectly and quickly in the convection oven....first time I see a kitchen rusting within a year of use and frequent cleaning!!!!!!!!!

I am still crying over the 430€ I spent because I also purchased an extended warranty for this "thing". The only positive thing is the fast-heating ceramic hobs. The oven and its functions are a complete disappointment. Everything I have made so far, such as doughs, cakes, cookies, and bread, went straight to the trash or turned out like muddy cement or at best, dry as bricks or rubbery like a bungee cord. I carefully read the user manual and tried everything it said because I thought it was my fault, but still nothing. I continue to throw away everything I make today. I gave it one last chance, and it was a colossal failure again. In conclusion, look for another brand, not necessarily more expensive, but definitely not this one. If there were stars, I would give it -10

After 1 year of use, we are very satisfied! It cleans easily, the eyes burn quickly and strongly (be careful). It also comes with two baking trays as a gift. It also has a visible indicator-program for pizza. So far, everything is good!

I bought it used (2 years old) from a friend! Overall, I am very satisfied. It has a large oven, 2 trays, and very powerful burners, something my friend warned me about from the beginning so that I would be careful not to burn the food. I gave it 4 stars because I didn't like the ceramic surface (it looks at least 5 years old with the scratches it had after just one year of my own use) and its grill, which has spaced-out bars and the burgers fall through, they don't stay intact, especially if their mixture is a bit watery.

Unfortunately, this kitchen posed a serious safety hazard for us. It has 2 glass panels on the door, and suddenly the outer glass shattered into a thousand pieces!! The kitchen was not in use and the incident happened completely unexpectedly!!! Just 1 minute before, I was standing at the counter and if this had happened then, I would have definitely been seriously injured. The incident occurred 2 years and 3 months after the purchase. WARNING!!!

In comparison to the price and market research on other kitchens, it is quite economical.
The positive aspect is that it has fast and powerful burners.
The big disappointment was the oven.
Whatever I have put to bake underneath remains uncooked.
I have tried all the programs and in oven omelette only the bottom heating element and again after 45 minutes it was uncooked underneath while the sides had started to blacken!
I am trying to bake first from the bottom and then from the top but this requires more time and of course the food is not properly cooked nor tasty.
Once again, I am not satisfied with the baking.
I called a technician from the dealership and supposedly he found everything to be correct. His measurements showed that it is functioning properly from the factory....

I was satisfied, the only downside is that it easily gets fingerprints due to stainless steel but everything cleans up.

Update 3/6/24 The lid covering the oven fan, as well as the fan itself, has rusted as well as the holes where the side racks of the oven attach.

Great choice for the money. After market research and comparing it to relatively anonymous products at the same price, and maybe even slightly higher, it is by far the best choice.

The ceramic surface scratched from the first use, and even from the bottom of the pot! Also, from the indicator light of the eyes, it appears that there is moisture under the ceramic plate... very mediocre construction

I would give it 5 stars if the switches were illuminated and if there was a safety lock to submerge only when the eyes and oven are not in use.

Very large oven, small heating chamber. It appears to be sturdy construction.

Update after 1 month of use:
Baking only with resistors requires higher temperature and time compared to other ovens. Baking with air is amazing

The ceramic base of the plates (ceramic plate) goes back and forth...
Its overall construction is not of good quality or sturdy...
It shows welded sheets connected with sheet metal screws that, due to their thickness, deform with little pressure!

I have it for a few days, very large oven, powerful and fast burners with many functions and easy operation for pizza. The negatives are the noise that the oven fan makes and the fact that the burners can only be cleaned with the special cream and not with soap or scrub. Also, a negative is that it does not have a timer, but you can add one for about +40€

Very good kitchen! It has not presented any problems so far!!!! Nice design! The burners are quite powerful and the oven is quite large and bakes quickly and evenly!!! I highly recommend it without hesitation!!
