Spinomed should only be worn for 1 to 2 hours a day during the initial adjustment period to gradually restore muscle activity.

The duration of wearing the brace can be gradually increased during the course of treatment.

The brace should be removed for longer periods of sitting or lying down.

If necessary, the brace should be realigned by your orthopedic technician.

Your acceptance and cooperation play a significant role in this form of treatment. Therefore, if any issues arise, discuss them with your doctor or therapist.

To ensure this treatment is successful, you must always follow your doctor's instructions.

Do not wear Spinomed directly on the skin; instead, place a shirt or t-shirt under the brace.
