I got them and I was very satisfied with all the features. Beautiful, comfortable in the ear with very satisfying sound, nice touch controls on the headphones with good response, strong noise cancelling, and a stylish case that I really liked. Not sturdy for their price but that didn’t bother me. I really enjoyed opening and using them throughout the day.

While everything was going great, within a few days, due to simple use during workouts (sweat and the like), it became difficult to almost impossible to clean them properly. Neither the speaker nozzle nor some small protective grills in front of the microphones.

After a month of use, the right bud produced lower decibels than the left, and the noise cancelling didn’t work as clearly. Disappointing. In my later attempts to clean them, I might have even caused more damage.

For the use I made, such sensitivity is really not justified, given that
1. I tried to be as careful as possible from the start
2. they are supposed to be resistant to sweat/water splash IPX5
3. others have headphones at half the price that work decently for years...

Overall, as headphones they’re totally worth it, but with caution. They need a bit of royal treatment to maintain their initial good performance. I hope I’m just the one unlucky case, but I think for their price they should be more durable or have addressed this issue with better design. You shouldn’t even have to worry about them breaking just because they got dirty from use.

I’ve also attached a couple of photos of the details on the speaker nozzle and the grills in front of the microphones as proof. So you can also see that nothing is easily cleaned once it gets in there.

I am writing this review after almost 2 months of using these headphones. For their price, the headphones are perhaps the best in their category.

I am very pleased with the sound quality they provide as well as the infinite customization through the Anker app. There is no trace of noise at any volume level I use them, which makes me quite happy as I use them for many hours during the day in various conditions.

Now regarding the ANC, it certainly cannot be compared to what the expensive headphones from Sony, Apple, Bose have, but it is definitely functional and when you play music you really hear nothing.

I was also quite surprised by the microphones for calls, as I have made various calls on the bus and train and my interlocutor had no problem hearing me. I mention this because previous Soundcore devices I had did not have good microphones.

The battery is satisfactory, it is not the best in terms of duration but I believe it can cover even a demanding user throughout the day without needing to put them in the case to charge.

Overall, it is a very good option for someone who wants full customization of sound and other headphone functions as well as clear calls.

I was a owner of the Soundcore Liberty 2 (purchased in 2020) and I was extremely satisfied. The only thing that bothered me was the connectivity issues which were often problematic. In terms of sound, they were flawless. In the summer of 2024, they broke (went into the washing machine). However, being a Google Pixel owner, I decided to get the Pixel Buds Pro 1st gen, and I was disappointed mainly due to the sound volume. I gave them away and decided to buy the Liberty 4 Pro since I researched them from reviews on the internet, however, they were not yet available in Europe (only UK). When I saw them on Kooqie, I bought them immediately (12/27/2024).

POSITIVES

1) I had forgotten how well-designed the Soundcore app is. You wear them and it practically does an audiogram to set the sound based on the user's hearing.
2) They are very comfortable in the ear and wearing them after a few hours is not an issue.
3) The volume of the headphones is amazing. I keep my phone at 60% constantly, since if I turn it up more, I will go deaf. I use higher volume in noisy places so I can hear.
4) Being a lover of electronic music and bass in general, I can say they are excellent. And by adjusting it from the equalizer within the app, you can customize it to your liking.
5) The connectivity that was my biggest problem with the Liberty 2 does not apply to these. The first time you set them up, they appear as a pop-up notification. They connect directly when you wear either one or both if your Bluetooth is on, and I haven't encountered a single problem so far. The multi-device connection feature works perfectly so far, as when I was driving, I had my phone connected to the car's Bluetooth, and as soon as I got a call, I put in one earbud and the sound transferred to the earbud immediately. So Soundcore has dramatically improved this issue.
6) The noise canceling and ambient modes work excellently and I use them constantly.

NEGATIVES

1) If I could mention one negative, it would be the case. I am not disappointed, it just seems a bit lightweight and not as high quality as I would like. However, it doesn't bother me much since it is always in my pocket. It could possibly be a bit smaller. The touch functionality works just fine, but I use it very little.

5 STARS therefore because they deserve it...
Overall, my biggest mistake was not buying these and going for headphones from another company. They are a fraction of the price of major headphone brands (Apple, Samsung, Google) and are truly well-made from start to finish. I am extremely satisfied and I highly recommend them. If you want headphones under 150 euros, don't buy anything else.
