An Anthology of Warhammer Age of Sigmar
At the heart of every duardin beats the legend of The Wanderer, known as Grombrittal, the mysterious white-bearded figure who appears from ancient times to guide his people through their darkest hours – though few can confirm they have seen him in the flesh.
READ WHY It is a journey through the breadth and depth of duardin culture in the Royal Monuments, all centered around the heroic deeds of Grombrittal, the semi-mythical white-bearded hero who is always ready to save the day.
THE STORY When the ancient celestial city of Barak-Thryng is attacked by Gloomspite Gitz in their attempt to reach the Bad Moon, it is an opportunity for the city's defenders to prove their worth. But darker, more dangerous forces are pulling the strings behind this attack because the Weaver of Fate has turned his gaze upon the city. In this powder keg, Grombrittal appears. And he is followed by the Oathbreakers, desperate for the white-beard's help to lift an ancient curse that has afflicted one of their many—a curse that Grombrittal vowed to remove—the burden of ancestors.
