  • Pedrini patented innovation: a mix of 2 materials, stainless steel 18/0 on the outside and aluminum EN601 on the inside
  • Advantages: The stainless steel provides strength and durability, suitable for any heat source (including induction). The aluminum inside ensures perfect taste and aroma for the coffee.
  • Designed for those with modern cooktops (ceramic induction) who want to preserve the taste and aroma of traditional Italian coffee.
  • Aluminum EN601 inside, suitable and certified for food contact.
  • Safety valve.
  • Silicone ring around the perimeter and anti-slip handle.
  • Silicone gasket for longer usage (also available as a replacement).
  • Note: Espresso pots should not be washed in a dishwasher. For use on an induction cooktop, a maximum temperature of 800 watts is recommended for proper brewing.
