Performance: BMC air filters are designed and manufactured to ensure a higher air flow than the original paper filters. In F1, BMC fiberglass filters minimize the loss of air flow pressure passing through the filter, ensuring the best conditions for fully exploiting maximum power.
Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers, using advanced software and technical experts, produce BMC air filters with the latest technologies. An F1 filter must be very light, made from the best raw materials, and improve performance. Only woven alloys with epoxy coating are used for protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation due to air moisture. The filtering material consists of a special cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil for better air permeability.
Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a specific production system based on soft rubber molding, which produces the red BMC filters. They are made in a single piece without welded joints at the corners, avoiding the risk of breakage. This system, known as "Full Molding," originates from R&D in F1 and is significant for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
