Preparation Method:

• Mix 5 grams of Matcha (2 Chashaku teaspoons) in a Matcha bowl (Chawan).
• Add a little water (about 30 ml) and mix with a mini bamboo whisk (Chasen) in a Z shape until it becomes creamy.
