2️⃣ Although I paid for the product and shipping (€30) via IRIS, I was asked for an additional €10 upon delivery. I was forced to pay it in order to receive the product. After contacting them, I was asked to pay and that I would be refunded — which eventually happened after several days and repeated communication.
It's not about the €10. It's a matter of organization and professionalism. The overall experience left me with a negative impression.
As for the trampoline itself: if someone has experience with assembly and can reinforce it properly, they will probably be satisfied. However, for those expecting clear instructions and smooth service, it's good to know this in advance.
