Herbs that are organically cultivated in the fields of the Holy Monastery of Vatopaidi or grow wild in the pristine forests of the Monastery. They are carefully collected and dried by the monks, in the pure Athonite natural environment, away from chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and modern technological pollutants.
