Traditional tabletop home oil lamp with perforated engraved Byzantine designs and a saucer. The brass material ensures durability, making it a long-lasting addition to any prayer space. It comes with a red lamp cup inside.
Instructions for lighting the lamp:
- First, add 2 - 3 centimeters of water or salt to the cup.
- Then fill with olive oil or kernel oil, being careful not to overflow the cup.
- Securely place the wick in the lamp holder, ensuring it is as low as possible so that 2/3 of the wick is submerged in the oil.
- This helps prevent the lamp from smoking and the wick from burning out quickly.
- Next, place the lamp holder in the oil and light the wick.
- Be careful that the flame does not exceed one centimeter in height to prevent smoking and blackening the surrounding area (walls, ceiling).
