Very good, sturdy and it squeezes pomegranates no matter how big they are, down to the last one. I have put a lot of pressure on it and it doesn't flinch. I'm more worried about the table, which is a modern, super-light one, than the juicer itself, that's why I use it on my grandmother's sideboard, which, like the old furniture, doesn't budge at all! Very worthwhile juicer. A tall glass doesn't fit underneath, but that doesn't bother me; I squeeze into a mug and then pour it into a tall glass.
